Baths Court Award-Winning Retrofit Heating and Hot Water Project

Baths Court has been named Residential Energy Project of the Year at The Energy Awards 2026.

eleXion is proud to have supported Notting Hill Genesis, FairHeat and Watkins Plumbing & Heating on the award-winning Baths Court refurbishment project.

The project involved the upgrade of the site’s heating and hot-water system, including a new plantroom, new distribution pipework, new HIUs and the transition from a 4-pipe to a 2-pipe network.

As part of the scheme, eleXion supported the adoption of a depleted water approach for corrosion protection, helping maintain stable water quality without the use of chemical inhibitors.

We are delighted to have contributed to a project that has now received industry recognition for its impact on residential energy performance.
