We’re pleased to have been awarded a major new project at Elephant Park, once again working with Multiplex on one of London’s most significant regeneration developments.
Multiplex is a forward-thinking contractor with a strong focus on sustainability and long-term building performance. Through previous projects, the team has seen first-hand how eleXion’s chemical-free water treatment approach can support system reliability, protect asset lifespan and help maintain design performance, while also adding value during the pre-commissioning stages.
Elephant Park forms part of the wider regeneration of the Elephant & Castle area and will include:
- 3,000 new homes
- A major new park, one of the largest in central London
- New retail, leisure, restaurants and cafés
- A new campus for London College of Communication and University of the Arts London
- Improvements to local transport infrastructure, including a new London Underground station
- A strong focus on sustainable urban regeneration and net zero carbon targets
eleXion will provide chemical-free water treatment to support compliance with recognised water quality guidance, including VDI 2035.
Working alongside Ashford Environmental Services Limited, on behalf of Borough Engineering Services Ltd, eleXion will be supporting a hybrid approach to BSRIA BG29 requirements. The approach is designed to exceed the required water quality standards without chemical dosing and with minimal water discharge.
We’re proud to be involved in a project of this scale and look forward to seeing progress on site over the coming weeks.
