The PUROFILL VA has been designed for the use in both domestic &  light commercial, heating and chilled systems.

The Purofill VA utilises our Xi+ resin, meaning this is a loose resin system.

Xi+ resin ensures that water that enters the system has been put into a non corrosive state, that parameters are met at point of fill and systems fills are cost effective.

The Purofill VA is ideally suited to a wide range of applications & has been especially designed for either mobile filling or inline conditioning of the existing circulation water via ion exchange resin.

Thanks to the stainless steel resin canister the Purofill VA is suitable for applications under extreme conditions and be subjected to temperature up to 90 ° C and a permissible pressure of up to 10 bar.

This makes the Purofill VA viable for completing inline conditioning of  both domestic & commercial systems, where system drain downs are not required or down time is not permitted.

Targeting the following key elements which suppress corrosion rates when used in conjunction with electrochemistry.

Purofill VA is a filling station which can be used during the initial filling stages as well as conditioning the existing system water by means of inline treatment.

Complete desalination is achieved with systems operating in accordance with VDI 2035 & VDI 6044.

Each Purofill VA is supplied with two electrical conductivity water meters as standard, this ensures both the inlet and outlet of the resin tank are monitored along with the flow rate and total litres treated.

This additional level of monitoring allows the Purofill VA to be a perfect service tool for onsite engineers.

This premium filling station available in sizes 14 & 26 litre’s.

Using our industry leading Xi+ resin, minerals and salts are extracted from the fill water while ensuring the pH rises at point of fill to provide the system with water that ensures efficiencies remain high & components remain protected, strictly without the use of chemical additives.

Real time monitoring of the inlet & outlet is achieved by use of the conductivity meters which indicates the flow rate, litres treated & electrical conductivity of the inlet & outlet water.

The Purofill VA can be utilised for inline treatment in conjunction with the FTK fine filter to not only condition the circulating water into a non corrosive state but also filter the system from past corrosion deposits.
