Major project award – Elephant park joins the chemical free revolution 💧

Elephant Park see the redevelopment of the Elephant & Castle area where;
💧3,000 new homes will be built.
💧A major new park, one of central London’s largest will be created.
💧Retail & leisure, consisting of new shops, restaurants, cafes, and leisure facilities.
💧London College of Communication,
A new campus for London College of Communication (LCC) and the University of Arts London (UAL) is part of the development.
💧Transport, the development includes improvements to transport infrastructure, including a new London Underground station.
♻️Sustainability, Elephant Park is aiming to be a sustainable urban regeneration project, with a focus on net-zero carbon targets.
eleXion will be providing our sustainable and environmentally solutions to allow the system to become compliant with know chemical free guidance “VDI2035”.
Working alongside Ashford Environmental Services Limited on behalf of Borough Engineering Services Ltd, we will be implementing a hybrid approach to BSRIA BG29, where we will exceed thier requirements without using a single drop of chemical with minimal water discharge ♻️💧!
