District & larger network filling

ioniX mobile FS300 & FS500 have been developed for the filling of larger volume systems, such as, district heating networks.
Increased filling capabilities through a vastly improved flow rate, reduce time onsite during the pre commissioning stages of any project.
An industry leading fill rate of 24,000 litres per hour can be achieved.
Tested to 15 bar and being able to operate up to 90 °C, the ioniX FS is suitable for most systems.

ioniX filling stations combat the root cause of scale and corrosion within modern sealed systems.

Targeting the following key elements which suppress corrosion rates when used in conjunction with electrochemistry.



ioniX FS 300 are utilised during the pre commissioning stages of large district networks.
Following the installation of the eleXion water treatment system, the system can be filled with pH controlled demineralised water.
or
alternatively the current system water or tap filled systems can then complete inline conditioning, where the ioniX FS300 is installed to the flushing bypass valve on the elector tank, converting the current system water in to demineralised water.

ioniX filling stations meet the requirements for low-salt refill and top-up water in accordance with the applicable guidelines. Within the capacity range, the total hardness is <0.1 ° dH and the electrical conductivity of the refill and top-up water is at a level of <10 µS / cm.
