Holborn Viaduct joins the chemical free revolution.
Located at the intersection of Holborn Viaduct and Farringdon Street, the project spans over 14 floors, with 405,000 sq ft of office space being developed.
Along with the office space, the site will include:
A grade II listed south-eastern gatehouse.
Cycle parking spaces.
Cargo-bike parking facilities.
A new wellness hub.
A new lift.
The project is set to achieve BREEAM Outstanding and Well Platinum accreditation, the building will reduce embodied and operational carbon.
Due to outstanding success on previous prestigious developments for Multiplex, eleXion have been specified to protect the life of the LTHW, CHW and primary DHW systems, preventing the formation of scale and corrosion.
